Juliana was born in Accra in October 1960 and spent most of her childhood days living with her parents at Adabraka.  After her primary school education Juliana attended Achimota Secondary school for just a year when she left the shores of Ghana to join her uncle in the UK.  She continued her secondary school education at the Ursuline School, Wimbledon.  Juliana worked with several law firms in the UK such as Fladgate Fielder and as a leading fee earner for Bircham Dyson Bell Solicitors in the UK.

Juliana was a director of Nzo Care Foundation, Nzo Network, Nzo Care Farms and Nzo Academy of London & Surrey.  These institutions were founded by her husband, Horace.

As a mother of two, Juliana has the passion for good child up-bringing through the Christian faith.  She has exhibited these qualities with children presently under the Horace Ankrah Clothe-the-Needy Scheme and Horace Ankrah Scholarship Scheme.  Her love for the under privileged has driven her into the healthcare industry where she strongly feel she can transform lives.

Juliana is a regular church goer and a regular reader of the gospel in church.

She spends her free time reading, listening to music, gardening, and knitting.
